At Kochamminis, we take immense pride in delivering authentic, high-quality Kerala masala powders to your doorstep. Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we will offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product was damaged during transit.

  • The product is past its expiry or is defective.

If any of the above issues occur, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To initiate a request:

  1. Email us at info@kochamminis with your order number.

  2. Attach clear photos of the item received, including packaging.

  3. Mention the issue clearly.

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2 business days.

Refund Process

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For replacements, we will dispatch the correct/fresh product at no extra cost.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used masala powder packs.

  • Products reported after 48 hours of delivery.

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping details due to customer error.
